Policies

Bed and Breakfast:

Breakfast: 

Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:00am Mon-Fri and 7:30-9:30am Sat/Sun. The menu is posted in the kitchen. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions, if you need an earlier breakfast, or if you do not plan to come to breakfast. There are refrigerators in the bedrooms. There is a microwave in the kitchen that guests may use. It is located in a cabinet above the oven.

Non smoking: Christmas Cove Inn is a non-smoking establishment. By policy, smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and on adjoining decks and balconies. Smoking is permitted at designated outdoor locations around the property.

Children: We welcome children of all ages.

 

Pets: We can accommodate quiet and well-behaved dogs. Please provide a brief description of your pup on the check-in form.

 

Cancellation Policy: There is a 20% deposit due upon booking. Our cancellation policy provides a return of the deposit, less a $50 per room cancellation charge, if a reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the check-in date. Deposits on reservations cancelled, for any reason, less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the deposit. If cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date, the whole amount of the reservation will be charged. Early check-outs will be charged for the full period of the reservation.

 

Quiet Time: After 10pm, guests are expected to be quiet in their rooms and in the common area. The front deck can be used to gather after 10pm.

 

Amenities: Guests may respectfully use the gym, sauna, and game room between the hours of 8am to 9pm. Use of the microwave in the kitchen and outdoor grill is permitted. There are refrigerators in each bedroom. Laundry use upon request.

Check-in/check-out times: Check-in time is any time after 3pm. We do soft check-ins, so please read the pre-stay information email carefully. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact Alex or Freddy. Check-out time is 11 am, though departing guests are welcome to make use of the public spaces of the inn after they have vacated their rooms.

Cleaning: If you are staying for more than three days and would like to have your room cleaned during your stay, please place the "Please Make Up Room" sign on your door and let us know. If you need extra household items, such as toilet paper, toiletries, towels, etc., there are some available in the common hallways. Please take what you need.
